Introduction	I love to cook and I like to write, so a cooking blog seems to be a good investment of some of my time :) I also occasionally come up with some really great ideas (this trait comes from my mother, Queen of Kathy's Castle) and so I will share those here as well! My boyfriend follows the paleo diet for his skin (eczema, the poor thing) and so occasionally I will share things related to that aspect of my life.
