Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I used to wear airy and light scarves in college, but then i had kids, and it seemed like too much work putting on an extra thing. plus, I thought it looked too dressy for day to day mom-ness. I guess maybe i thought only college students get to look artsy in scarves, and a scarf-wearing mom might just look silly, scarf always askew from one of the children playing with it.
