Introduction	My time spent with my grandchildren are the happiest moments I have now. Not happy being a disabled senior and having to rely on others for help to manage my life. I am hoping my heath improves in time but this will require more dedication and commitment to exercising on my part. This is not actually my area of expertise. Like the rest of the world I can not wait until this COVID pandemic ends soon so life can get back to normal. I worry about how this isolation is affecting my grandchildren but expect everyone is worrying about this too.
Interests	family, spending time with friends, writing, reading, swimming, book clubs, travelling.
