Introduction	I currently work as a personal trainer in a physical therapy clinic in Stamford, CT. My background includes time as an athletic development coach for youth (primary through high school athletes), strength and conditioning in the college setting as well as adult personal training/group classes. Kind of dabbling for the last 6-7 years while finding my strengths and finding a niche.
