| Introduction | After reading some great sewing blogs, I got excited about sewing again. Vintage machines captured my attention, because of their very reasonable prices and very high quality. What else do I do? Reading and researching are two of my main passions. I enjoy reading mystery novels and biographies. And, I love to write. I have had jobs where writing and editing were the focus: as a reporter for newspapers, TV, and radio. Editing books and business magazines came next. Teaching English to middle school and high students followed.Now, I am back to writing and editing again. I am always curious, seeking to know more. I like learning and I like helping other people to learn. Also, I am a storyteller who enjoys hearing others tell their tales.
