| Introduction | I am a husband, a father, and a grandfather. I am in my "retirement" years. By "retirement" I don't mean "stop"! I mean find ways to give back out of gratitude. I am learning how to let go of labels, titles and conquests. I am trying to discover joy in situations where once I may have felt resentment. I am trying to embrace the pain inevitable in life, to appreciate and empathize with others who are suffering and reach out to them with love and compassion.
