IntroductionI started in advertising on the creative side became a Creative Director then stepped out to do my own thing.I became interested in how brands communicate both internally to their people and outside to their customers. Branding is becoming more dimensional than ever;influenced more and more by global, environmental,and political issues. With social networks brands can communicate with their customers in a two way communication. This gives people a voice in the creation of the brands they care about and connect to. Brands are increasingly evolving by this kind of direct input from its customers. Brand Directors are now the very people that buy its goods and services. I also blog on Huffington Post under my Goodbye/Hello posts. In these posts I look at what ideas or belief systems are no longer working in the world and what new ideas we need for a truly sustainable 21st century.
