Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
Of course some fish might like a bicycle! However, if you have ever gotten a pant leg caught in the chain, you can imagine that fear of catching a fin would prevent the fish from acting upon the desire. Messing with hooks is bad enough, but deliberately putting a fin at risk for little increase in speed, distance or efficiency just seems a bit fishy!
