Introduction	Well hello there! If you are reading this, you are probably one of the very few who will visit this blog, however, not to be selfish ;-) but this blog is meant to track my lifestyle changes throughout the next year...a way for me to keep track of my food habits, mental state, etc.
Interests	cooking, whole30, paleo, friends, wine (when not on paleo ;-), evolutionary medicine, evolutionary anthropology, paleopathology, research, anthropology, reading, writing, exploring the world!
Favorite movies	beginners, lost in translation, secretary, silver linings playbook, star wars, lord of the rings trilogy, many more!
Favorite music	bon iver, radiohead, yeah yeah yeahs, black keys, hip hop, pop on occasion, and classical to help me focus :-)
