| Introduction | I am a producer of artistic media for private & public installations; develop creative projects & commercial ventures; & make iconic events. In the last couple of years I have developed media with Salmonella Dub as a production manager, publicist, agent & visuals artist; Fine Artist Michel Tuffery MNZM as a technical director; the Mau Arts Forum as a technical partner; Emma Paki as an executive producer; Rhombus as a production designer & visuals artist; Creative New Zealand as a visuals artist for AWME in Melbourne; & several personal works & various other projects. Accomplished musicians & artists often spend time with my family in our Taupō & our Kinloch residences. After 10 years in the region we have decided we are no longer on holiday - we are at home. |
| Interests | I make digital media & develop internet real estate - visuals, websites & online media, social networking & content builds & media archiving; I paint (stencils & aerosol), sculpt stone & hebel & keep productive with media projects. My partner Audrey Holyoake dip.vis.comm weaves flax, paints acrylics & has returned to study Digital Design & Fine Arts. Audrey & I are members of the local Kiwanis & volunteer for various community tasks & events. We are active members of Friends of the Museum in Taupō & contribute to several local community, youth, recreation & arts events. My sons founded a youth society (!@M3 Sk8 InC) to promote alternative youth activities... We collect the art of our friends & close acquaintances & have private & personal pieces from Michel Tuffery MNZM, Darryl DLT Thompson, HAHA, Dan Tippett, Tame Iti, Phil Jones, Dave Ellis & several others. I have credits on works by Emma Paki, Otis Frizzell, Michel Tuffery MNZM, Tainui Stephens, Jos Wheller,George Nuku, Footsouljahs, King Kapisi, amongst others. I am artistically motivated; when I am not working with arts I make art - “by any means necessary!” |
