Introduction	George at the Royal Exchange described me as a modern Renaissance woman, which I take as a huge compliment. As a trained hotelier and art history graduate, I now work in the environment at Dunham Massey Park, in Greater Manchester. My blog is about my walks with Poppy- our mongrel dog/labradoodle. I also love to grow fruit and veg in raised beds in the back garden. If it's good enough for Nigel Slater to pop out the back door for some rosemary, it's good enough for me.
