| Introduction | Hello, my name is Michael Sargent, and I am currently a sophomore at Olentangy Orange High School In Lewis Center, Ohio. I am very social and get along with everyone. I am very intelligent for my age and I am on track to go to a university and earn a degree. As of now, I am planning on becoming a business major, and minoring in marketing or something along the lines of that. I am working on a research project on Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy in my Honors Biology class and we're making informational blogs about our selected disease. I chose DMD because it intrigued me and I didn't even know about it prior to this project. I believe that by making this blog, more people will be educated about this disorder, and realize how much of a catastrophe it would be if your loved one was diagnosed with this. Donations DO help, and scientists may be able to find a cure for this disease. With the world's help, we may be able to completely eliminate the risk of your kid being born with DMD. |
When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?
Hitting snooze on your alarm clock is lazy itself whether or not you hesitate to do so, though I don't think that I would say it's lazy to hesitate to press snooze. Lazy is a word with a very negative connotation. No one enjoys being called lazy. There are words better fit to take the place of "lazy" in this question.
