Introduction	Mother of three, grandmother of two, jack of all trades, window display was my trade in my younger days and real estate sales later on in life. Now semi retired but would like to own and cook in my own little organic cafe somewhere in the country with a few acres of good lush soil and grow my own healthy organic veges and cook dishes from around the world, especially my favourite Polish dishes as I was growing up.Also writing my autoboigraphy of my tavels, many loves and relationships, marriages, countless moves and adventures. My gypsy life.
