| Introduction | Oh my god, I am 34 now! How did that happen? Where did the time go? How the heck did I gain 4lbs over the past 4 years even though I workout more and watch what I eat (for the most part). I have no clue, so in the midst of this late quarter life crisis I have decided to participate in a 6-week transformation challenge. This is my journey as a girl who loves food, loves wine, loves to eat to tone up and see how far my body will take me. My goal is to be as transparent as possible with this process. You will get to see my good side, bad side and will definitely see my hangry side. So let the transformation begin! |
