Introduction	I grew up and work in Charlottesville. I attended and now work at Albemarle High School and have for the last 15? years. In that time I've figured a few things out. While I certainly feel I am a better teacher today than 15 yrs ago I also feel teaching has become a much more challenging profession. My wife also works at a high school and we have 2 children.
