| Introduction | When I asked some friends to pick a word and describe me, they fell into two broad categories: Category 1 - Conscientious, trustworthy, solid, organised, reliable. Category 2 - Chaotic, kooky, messy, wacky. I wonder how it is possible to be all of these things and not implode. This blog is mainly so I don’t rack up a huge interstate phone bill to my Mum. Of all the little observations I make and things that happen, she is the person I chat inanely to about it all. She likes hearing ‘bus stories’ ‘cupcake stories’ and ‘basketball stories’ all of which are just part of my daily life in Darwin, but are sometimes where you find the best stuff. |
