| Introduction | You know when you see a hot sex scene in a movie and your heart begins to race while your palms simultaneously begin to sweat? Well, that’s how I feel when I see a piece of Reese’s Peanut butter Cup Cheesecake. My name is Kaitlyn and in case you didn’t know or guess by now I have Celiac disease. I was diagnosed about 8 years ago and have been living gluten free ever since. My body also houses Lupus, that’s a recent development though seeing as how I was only diagnosed with that about a year and a half ago. Just wait till you hear the kicker!
