| Introduction | Welcome and thanks for visiting. I originally started my blog back in 2010 as a way to update friends and family on the progress of my wedding. As you can see from my archives, I didn’t do such a great job doing so. After I said “I do” in April 2011, I slowly started to blog again, this time as a way to document my artistic journey, and I haven’t looked back. I graduated from California State University of San Bernardino (my hometown) in 2005 with a B.A. in Creative Writing. Six months after graduation, I followed my heart to South Orange County where I now call home. After a few, “stepping stone” jobs, it was the summer of 2007 that my journey led me to Stampington & Company, where I currently work as Assistant Senior Managing Editor managing six titles. Working for Stampington, opened my eyes to a whole new world, and is where I gained courage to start down my own creative path. And now, here I am, blogging, painting, taking photos, and creating just to create — all of this brings so much joy to my life and I am grateful to get to share it with a blogging community who gets it. I am a believer that anything is possible when you put your mind to it. |
