Introduction I dont often think about me, I am more commonly thinking about how to juggle a Phd, family, dogs, work and travelling. I was born in Uganda, Africa and was recently given the opportunity to go back there to work. Family is central to who I am, as I analyse myself more in my doctoral studies I think my internal values are those things I wish to live by. I put Joy, honesty, compassion, dedication are high on my list. The career stuff about me is that I started as a teacher, Depute head of a large primary school in Glasgow, lecturer at Strathclyde University, now a global consultant on naturalistic learning inside, outside and beyond.
