| Introduction | Welcome to Prayers, Ponderings, and Photographs. As a mystic, I've experienced God within me since I was a child. My first awareness of mystery was at age five during a week at Vacation Bible School, my very first experience of church. The enormity of the revelation of how much fun it was to learn about God has never left me. God is within and is experienced in THIS moment, the eternal now. Solitude, silence, and simplicity are avenues into the eternal now, as is a practice of meditation or centering prayer. Come join me, if you like, as we ponder together what it is like to be a child of God in the 22nd century. |
