Introduction	I have just celebrated the 2nd anniversary of my 30th birthday. I'm a married Canadian yogi, dream worker/hypnotist and seeker of truth who dabbles in writing and cartooning. Child free I choose instead to have my blood pressure lowered and be crowded off my yoga mat by my cats Flippy and Maya. Life, in my experience, is filled with paradox, synchronicity and wonder.
