| Introduction | My passion lies in Women's Health and encouraging women to "take time out and take care". As wives, mothers, and career women too often we focus our energy on taking care of those around us and neglect ourselves. If we want to be there for our families then we must take care of ourselves in all aspects of health and well-being. Through education and awareness we can empower each other to not only reach our goals, but dream beyond them. My husband and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary in August. That is quite a milestone in today's society. Our family boasts two amazing boys, Bay 8 yrs old, Jackson 5 yrs old, and our dog Riley Anne who is 9 yrs old. She is an adorable black and white Shih Tzu. |
