| Introduction | My home business career started in 2007 after my brother gave me a book on my birthday. I am not a big avid reader but I do enjoy it. It was about creating an asset and becoming your own BOSS. I was employed at a JOB and very content with my current situation. Before I even finished the book, I realized that I was responsible for my own future and not a company that I have been with for 10 years! The way to make money online is by duplication. Duplication is the key. The thing to remember is that if it’s not duplicatable, your downline may not be able to do it. I know it’s easy to think your skillset can be done by anyone, but maybe not. The majority of the people you’ll talk to and bring into your organization will be totally new to this industry and that’s fine. We were all new at one time and we need to remember that.
