| Introduction | Hi, my name is Mitchell Graves and I’m the founder and CEO of Genesis Aerospace Company. Genesis will produce VLJ’s (very light jets) to go into production in 2010. These jets have a wide variety of uses from air taxi travel, to personal jet ownership at a much lower cost, to training purposes for larger jets. Very ligh jets are really the next stage in personal travel so you will see more of them in the coming years. I decided to write my book Lambs to Lions because after watching over 90% of business owners fail, I knew the cause wasn't in their actions but in their mindset.
