| Introduction | My name is Arnold Francis.My family is into the food business since the past 30 years.My Grandfather was the first caterer in Chembur (A small town in Mumbai).My mother and Uncle are into the same business. I work in an IT firm,but also know a little bit about cooking:).I have no professional training.But I've seen professionals cook:). The reason I started the blog was after seeing my hostel friends cook.I remember once having boiled beef (only with salt) in their room.This blog would help all who dont know to cook or dont wanna learn how to cook.All the recipes are tried and tested (for that matter tasted too) by me.The recipes are very simple and all its ingredients are easy to get. |
