| Introduction | Mr. R. Benjamin (Ben) Gribbon is the Safety Training and Professional Development Manager in the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Office of Safety, where he is responsible for the Roadway Safety Professional Capacity Building (PCB) program, creating and managing a clearinghouse of safety training information, identifying competencies and training gaps, and working with partners to ensure an adequately training highway safety workforce. He is actively coordinating safety competencies and training data with the committees of the Transportation Curriculum Coordinating Council (TCCC), FHWA, NHI, the NLTAPA, and APWA. |
