Introduction	in 2010 I set about to change my life and lost over 25kgs and took up a more active lifestyle. Fast forward to 2014, and a conversation with a friend led to the comment she'd seen me go from 'unfit to unfat' in the four years she'd known me! I loved it! So here we are, I now compete in triathlons, have turned 50, and love life - most of the time!

Favorite movies	Messsage in a Bottle - no matter how many times I watch it, I always want it to end differently. Nights in Rodanthe - what can I say, I'm a hopeless romantic! Life as a House - there is a message in there for everyone
Favorite music	Anything I can bop along to, especially if it motivates me to run!
