Introduction I am very appreciative of all the positive, constructive feedback and encouragement I’ve had over the years of my ‘Bluffer’s Guides’ on military topics. And of course I am very grateful to the many people who contribute to my knowledge and the articles behind the scenes. My blog is dedicated to Open-Source Military Intelligence, with original content. I started this blog after ‘publishing’ articles on forums for a few years. I am worried that many of the illustrations I did years ago now, hosted on Imageshack and Tinypic, are disappearing lost forever. Hopefully Blogger will be more enduring. I enjoy browsing Google Earth and finding stuff (hunter instinct?), military technology, and I love drawing. So I combined those hobbies and added a few words to each piece to string it together. The Bluffer’s Guides evolved over a while and now feature: * Illustrations drawn by me * Annotated screen shots of Google Earth * Google Earth placemarks files (KMZ) * Google Earth 3 Models * Height-mapped imagery analytics (the 3D spinning flash images) * Descriptions and discursive essays
