Flexibility — because growth means nothing if you can’t bend without breaking. Expandability is about growing bigger — scaling up ideas, resources, or even impact. But flexibility is about adapting, staying resilient, and flowing with change. In life, as in work, flexibility allows me to learn, evolve, and navigate the unexpected with grace.
