Introduction	The blog is written by two gals, Lisa & Amy. We are cousins and Moms and we were raised around yummy, delicious foods. We’re your normal, everyday gals who spend our days running after our kids with a coffee in hand and a laptop nearby. We're using this blog to document our lives as we save our families from a world of processed foods by following a 'real foods' diet. We prepare what we can from scratch using fresh ingredients. When we grocery shop we check labels and buy items with a short ingredient list. Join us as we begin making healthy choices for our families, one meal at a time.
