| Introduction | This Mother's Day I crossed the line. I have now been a wife and mother for over half my life. Wow! So much better than I was before. My oldest daughter is in college, my son is preparing to take the ACT this fall, and I dream of the day I'll get another shot at a degree. My husband is working at one of his favorite jobs, the LDS church. I'm nervous about entering the work force, I do most of my creative work at odd hours (3-5am) and feel most productive in a clean house, in my pjs, while listening to old mysteries on the tele. Besides, I require a nap once a day or I can't function and I can't seem to wake up to any sort of alarm, so a pager is definitely out. |
