Introduction	Joey popped the question on a snowy night, and I said (or shouted rather)YES :) Wedding planning ensued, and this blog was started to document our journey of tying the knot. We were married in October of 2010 and welcomed our first child, Everett, in September of 2012. "E" has changed our lives and we are loving being a family of 3! While Everett is a healthy and happy little boy, he was born with a rare skin condition called Congenital Melanocytic Nevus that carries an elevated risk for Melanoma. We have chosen to pursue removal surgery through a process called tissue expansion, and are nearing the end of the process.
