About me

Introduction Born into a progressive family, Ramdesh Kaur has studied spirituality from a very young age. She has been blessed to sit at the feet of Hindu saints, chant kirtan with Sikhs, meditate with Buddhist monks, perform ceremony with Quechuan and Shuar shamans, do penance with Catholic nuns, find the hidden Matzo with Jewish rabbis, make drums with Native American elders, and dialogue with many of the leading New Thought spiritual thinkers of our time. She practices a daily regimen of Kundalini yoga, meditation, chanting, seva, and readings from holy scriptures and enlightened texts. In adulthood, she was given the spiritual name "Ramdesh Kaur", whichs means "One who sees God's land everywhere and walks in grace and beauty throughout her life".
