Introduction	I'm married with two beautiful children. Since completing my studies 15 years ago I have spent most of my working career in the youth field working with young homeless people and supporting young mothers. I also have incorporated areas of work with students with disabilities - both physical and intellectual, but my experience was extended when I took up a position in England some years back now working in a school for students with Autism. I took 6 years off full time work to raise my children and when my daughter entered prep back in 2007 I decided to look for work in a field that was supportive of the kids school hours. I found myself taking on a role as a teacher aide at a local school and immediately realised I just loved being with the students - at that point my main role was working with students with learning support needs. I have been working at the same school since 2007 and love every day I am there. I know I have so much to give the students and can't wait to assist more fully in the development of learning for primary aged children.
