| Introduction | I wanted a reason to get out and keep running. I always liked running and feeling fit but if there is ultimatelt no goal at the end i lose focus and stop. I have run a marathon before and the achievement of completing it was tempered with disappointment at my time. So i thought why not give it another go. Ticks box number one of having a goal and hopefully box two of i Proving my time. Im also doing it for charity. Lanarkshire rare crisis centre. I raised £1000 for mcmillan cancer last time so hopefully i can get near that this time. |
