| Interests | I just want to do a little disclaimer here and say that while I do very much enjoy shopping for clothes and beauty products, when it comes down to getting ready in the morning, I am a minimalist. I throw on whatever clothes look appealing to me at the moment, and I do however much or however little makeup strikes my fancy. To me, this makes perfect sense; it is a huge aspect of my style. I want to keep my style laid back. Fashion and beauty are an art to me, not something I have to do because I am a girl, and it's expected. Sometimes I spend a lot of time and effort on how I look, but I'm also perfectly comfortable going out of the house wearing no makeup. I think that's just a part of becoming comfortable with myself. One thing that I won't slack on is taking care of my body. I believe that exercising and practicing good, routine skincare are very important whether I'm dressing up or wearing a lot of makeup. My body and this world are my home, and I think it's important to take care of them both. |
