Introduction	Best Buddies is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to establishing a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Best Buddies Indiana was founded in 2002 and currently has established 50 high school, 15 college and 24 middle school chapters statewide. Best Buddies Indiana's newest program Citizens, an adult friendship program, opened in March of 2014.
