Introduction	Hi guys, I am the Executive Chef at the W Hotel South Beach Miami. Some of you may know me-some not but here is the condensed version. Born in Birmingham England, went to College of Food in Birmingham, worked all over Europe landed in New York in 1993, worked there for 10 years in such places as the Ritz Carlton, Tribeca Grill etc. Came here to Miami in 2003 after I got married. Worked at the Conrad for 5 years and I have been at the W for a year now.
