Introduction “Spoudazo” A word used only twice in the New Testament. Translates literally into “Make the most of every opportunity”. I grew up learning lesson after lesson, always trying to make the best out of adversity. I have always loved food and cooking. At first it was out of need that I cooked. Later it was to make money and finally it became a passion. My blood has been invaded by the virus of the industry. I can not imagine doing something else. I have tried the desk job; I have tried the warehouse job and the sales job. None of these fit. But cooking, working over the hot stove in the heat of the rush, tickets flying, plates clanging, food sizzling. That is magic, which is the true energy that invigorates my soul. I have made it my goal to make the most of every opportunity to improve myself, to improve everyone and everything that I come in contact with. To always look for the positive and to always improve my skill as a chef. Now matter where I have traveled to, where I have cooked. I have adapted and grown into what I am now. The Vagabondchef.
