| Introduction | Life comes with its challenges, trials, tears, disappointments, triumphs, victories and fears. Sisterhood and authentic relationships are rare, and it is a blessing when you can find someone you can relate to and be yourself with, free from judgements. We are two different women, with different lives and similar experiences. Sisters breaking barriers was birthed out of a need for us to come together to share our experiences while hoping that it will empower others around us. Through our blogs we will share our thoughts, similarities, differences and everything that seems to distinguish us one from another, but in so many ways, just reinforces how much we are all very similar. We hope from our blogs that we will instill hope to a woman whose faith is gone, give life to a man who feels helpless, bring joy to someone who feels alone.
