| Introduction | Decorative Painting has been a love of Jeanne Downing for the last 44 years. In 1977, she began teaching in her home and now conducts seminars both locally and around the country. A member of the Society of Decorative Painters, she is a Certified Decorative Artist (CDA), and has taught at a number of the Society of Decorative Painters national conventions. She has authored six books, and her designs and instructional articles have been published in several leading decorative art magazines. |
