| Introduction | Hi, Just having a relaxing pint of the "black stuff". I like to run varied race distances, 10k, 10 mile, half marathons, marathons and cross country. The articles I place on this blog are either from experience or from a respected person in their field. I believe that it's good to keep up with change especially if it makes things easier / more efficient or healthier.
