| Introduction | I graduated in Political Science and love studying what motivates people to get involved politically. Teaching and serving people are some of my other passions. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and know the joy and peace I experience are due to the gospel of Jesus Christ and applying its principles in my life. Sharing the things that have touched my life the most also brings me joy, and I hope these things touch the lives of those who read this blog. |

| Favorite movies | Ben Hur, Chronicles of Narnia, almost any Disney/Pixar film, Laura. I'm a huge fan of classic black and white movies! |
| Favorite music | Almost anything with a good beat or beautiful melody and good lyrics. :) Artists include but are not limited to: Josh Groban, Lifehouse, Parachute, and Daughtry. |
| Favorite books | Les Miserables, The Bible, The Book of Mormon, Shakespearian plays, Lord of the Rings Trilogy, A Tale of Two Cities. And I love mystery novels! |
