Introduction	Rosaceae- the latin name for the Rose family- my favourite group of plants. It contains not only roses, but apples, pears, quince, serviceberry, spirea, raspberry- the list goes on and on- how long do you have? This is my second year of teaching here at NBCC Woodstock and I have really enjoyed the challenges I have faced. My second flock of 'chicks' are about to leave their nest and I wanted to leave them a token of my appreciation and perhaps some memories to take with them as they follow their own 'garden path'. Please, graduates, keep in touch and let me know how you are doing- both your successes and your 'learning adventures.'
