| Introduction | I have been active in the Bay Area real estate business since 1975 as an investor, builder, and designer. I have helped design over 1,000 homes and dozens of commercial buildings as a structural engineer. I have built 10 homes as a Peninsula spec builder and remodeled some others. I have personally bought and sold many homes and commercial properties. I am an knowledgeable in Real Estate investing, 1031 exchanges, lending, financing, foreclosures, short sales, REO’s, commercial T.I.C.’s and many types of development. I've been studying green technology since 1972. I worked on the construction of a Geothermal power plant in 1977-78. I have worked on Title 24 energy calculations, solar design and know experts in the field. I am knowledgeable about LEED green certification, energy audits and Energy-Star appliances.
