| Introduction | For a while now I have heard of many families not eating a sit down meal anymore. I am trying to get back to that time. I am an Accountant in Charlotte NC and I work 40 hours a week. I have 3 children and a husband I cook for. I will try at least 4 times a week to make a full meal for my family and blog about it afterwards. I will take pictures and write about what I cooked. Trust me there will be times when I put a pizza in the oven or heaven forbid stop on the way home with some burgers and fries. I am by no means perfect. I just feel inspired to share my rush home from work and try to prepare a meal for my family life. |
