| Introduction | My name is Christi Mize and I have been blessed to formally study visual art for 16 years. I began my artistic journey in 1994 at Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Dallas, Texas; graduating in 1999. From there I continued my education at Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth, Texas where I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a minor in Business Administration, graduating in 2003. Photography is special to me because it is timeless, it is real and it is personal. I have had the pleasure of traveling the world to take photographs, however my most memorable photographs are the ones right here at home of my family and friends whom I love dearly. It is this love that inspires me to capture special moments for other people, of their friends and family so that they too will have Cherished Moments that will last a lifetime. |
