Introduction	Happily married to Daddy Hong. Mummy to 2 handsome sons - baby Jayvin (born on 28Nov2006) & baby Angel Rayvin. Beautiful baby Rayvin survived through marvelous 9 months of a hassle-free pregnancy. Born full term on 22July08 (9.59 am) at 3kg & 54 cm, but unexpectedly diagnosed with T18 (Edward's Syndrome). Raised his little wings to Heaven (1.35 pm) and leave behind Mummy Pauline, Daddy Hong, Brother (koko) Jayvin and other loving relatives & friends. Grieving and surviving day after day missing baby Rayvin. We miss u & love u so much ...
