| Introduction | I am a proud Mom of two children a girl and a boy and also a very fortunate grandma of two beautiful grandchildren. I am also wife to the most supportive, loving hubby anyone could ask for. I have been on this weight loss journey since May 2006 and I've lost 85lbs. My health has improved tremendously!! I am off all high blood pressure meds and no longer have sleep apnea or need for a c-pap machine. I exercise daily and my family is extremely supportive and proud of me as I am of myself. Being healthier has brought new meaning to my life and I am so thankful for each and every day. |
