Introduction	Hi, I'm Susan, and I blog, Tweet and Facebook about many of the fantastic things to see, do, hear, and eat in Ireland. There's more about that in the ABOUT section of the blog :-) As for me personally, I'm a nature lover, avid reader, foodie, coffee drinker, multiple dog owner, garden centre geek, art, poetry and music enjoyer, birdfeeder, lapsed cyclist, & lover of layperson science. Also an avid vicarious traveler. Wife of a wonderful man who loves to chat with & cook for people, & then teach them how to get fit! (Not succeeding so well with me on the later...) I'm a single-finger typist & non-techie, so it takes me ages to write a post. Additionally, I like garlic, a sunny day, comfy pyjamas, & a good sleep. And what else?
